The Right Reverend Dale D. Dennis II is Senior Pastor of Solid Rock Church of Baltimore and a community leader committed to strengthening community based institutions by equipping people to recognize and use their voice, influence, and lived experience for the collective good. With over two decades of ministerial experience and more than a decade of pastoral leadership, his work centers on cultivating political consciousness within the Black Church and empowering emerging and seasoned leaders to engage their communities with clarity, courage, and purpose. Pastor Dale is the convener of The Clergy Conclave, an intergenerational space focused on the wellness, formation, and sustainability of underserved clergy. His leadership is grounded in theological reflection, practical wisdom, and a deep belief in the capacity of Black communities to lead themselves toward liberation and flourishing.
